fit-avocados : Haven’t posted a current physique in awhile so thought I’d show you guys where I’m at. Over the past few months I’ve taken cardio almost completely out of my gym routine. Can’t even say I did it for a scientific reason- I was just lazy as shit when I came home from my most recent vacation 🤷🏽♀️ I go to the gym 6 times a week, focusing only on lifting weights.
